How to Submit a Spare-Parts Request

Written technical information is required before we can begin searching for a spare part. Please send us:

• the equipment manufacturer and model,
• the serial number,
• the existing spare-part number, when available,
• clear photographs of the equipment nameplate and required component.

A telephone description alone is usually insufficient for safe identification and compatibility verification. The search begins after we receive the required information in writing.

 

Technical Search and Handling Cost

Identifying an unknown component, verifying compatibility and searching through different suppliers is a technical service.

For individual orders, a technical search and order-handling charge may apply. The customer is informed of any applicable charge before the search begins.

No separate sourcing charge applies when the spare parts:

• are used in a repair carried out by the Trust Air Compressor technical workshop or
• are required for a customer with an active ongoing technical-support agreement.

Spare-Parts Supply and Workshop Repairs

Common service parts and consumables may be supplied separately after the correct part number, compatibility and availability have been confirmed.

Specialised internal components, overhaul kits and parts requiring technical measurements or specialist installation may be supplied only as part of a repair performed by the Trust Air Compressor workshop or machine shop.

The availability of each component for individual sale is confirmed separately according to the part number and application.
