TRUST Rotary Screw Air Compressors

TRUST rotary screw air compressors are the private-brand range of Trust Air Compressor, developed for industrial and professional compressed-air applications.

The equipment is imported through our network of cooperating manufacturers and supported in Greece by the Trust Air Compressor technical department, from initial selection and installation to maintenance, spare parts and future repairs.

Selection Based on the Actual Application

The selection of an air compressor should not be based only on motor power. We assess the actual air demand, required operating pressure, operating hours, variations in production and the need for a standby machine.

Based on this information, we select the appropriate power, airflow, pressure and starting method, avoiding both an undersized and an unnecessarily oversized installation.

Fixed-Speed or Variable-Speed Operation

Depending on the model and application, TRUST air compressors can be configured with star-delta starting, a soft starter or an inverter.

In installations with significant variations in air demand, an inverter can adjust compressed-air production according to the actual requirements. In applications with stable consumption, a correctly selected fixed-speed compressor may provide a simpler and more economical solution.

Complete Compressed Air System

The air compressor can be supplied as a standalone machine or as part of a complete system including an air receiver, dryer, filters, automatic condensate drains and a central distribution network.

The system is configured according to the required air quality, installation conditions and the actual requirements of the production process.

Installation and Initial Commissioning

The Trust Air Compressor technical department can undertake the transport, positioning, connection and initial commissioning of the equipment.

During installation, we inspect the ventilation of the compressor room, connection to the distribution network, electrical supply, direction of rotation, operating pressures and basic protection settings.

Maintenance and Technical Support

Our support does not end with the sale of the machine. We maintain the technical history of the equipment and organise preventive maintenance according to its operating hours and actual operating conditions.

We provide technical inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs and complete overhauls, either at the customer’s premises or in our workshop, depending on the type of work required.

Spare Parts and Service Materials

We support TRUST air compressors with the required filters, separators, lubricants, valves, sensors and essential maintenance and repair parts.

Correct recording of the model and serial number allows us to organise the required materials and maintenance schedule for each machine.

Main, Additional or Standby Air Compressor
